-Richard Bandler, as a mathematician is adept and spotting patterns. Combining this with John Grinder’s expertise in linguistics lead to the founding of NLP.
-When you notice something happens, and then you see it happen again… and then a third time… that is more than likely a pattern.
-When you notice patterns, just notice the patterns and test them. They don’t necessarily mean anything specific it’s just a pattern.
-Spotting patterns is a key part of better coaching skills, covert influence and conversational hypnosis changework.
