NLP Audio: Imprints and Relaxing - Jamie Smart-Safety or dangerous? Top dog or follower? These are two of the most pervasive imprints that we learn at the age of about 4-5. -These imprints can control about 80% of our behaviour. If you change the imprints you can change your life. -Affirmations are a great way to change imprints to more positive ways of thinking, feeling and behaving. Say the affirmation out loud and accept any feelings that come up. Allow yourself to visualise those new behaviours in action... watch a movie of yourself and make any adjustments and then step into it and feel the feelings. -Practice these new behaviours. Often new imprints can take feel odd or not all that comfortable... that’s fine, you need to make it a more familiar response so that it eventually becomes a natural response. -Morality and sexual imprints are also powerful imprints.
